Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we may contact you via email.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. If you have not received a Shipment Confirmation email, please contact us at hello@littlebangtan.com and we will resend the email. 

For Untracked Orders there will be no tracking number provided and therefore has no ability to track the items. Our Untracked shipping means it's going by Canada post (or USPS) letter mail without a tracking number. Once it leaves and is in the postal system all we have to do is to wait for its arrival. Typical Untracked Letter Mail transit times are 21 business days or more.We will also not be able to file a claim or an investigation for the items in case lost or damaged.

Damages, Undelivered, Lost Parcels

Little Bangtan is not liable for any products damaged, undelivered, or lost during shipping as these items are now in the hands of the courier completely. If you received your order damaged, please contact Canada Post for assistance in filing a claim with the shipment carrier.

For packages that are lost and undelivered the addressee must confirm the non-delivery to the courier directly. Canada Post policy states that the addressee needs to contact them to confirm if the item has been received and they will reassess the claim accordingly.

 

 

International Shipping Policy

We ship to most countries. If we are unable to process your order we will notify you and refund your full order.

Additional processing time (3-5 days) may be required for international orders.
 

Customs, Duties and Taxes
Little Bangtan is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)

Unfortunately, we can’t calculate these costs as they vary country to country.

If a return is requested, the customer will be responsible for covering the return shipment cost. For refunds, we will not be able to offer refunds on international shipping costs, only up to the maximum value of the products purchased.
